 with the three sunny and spacious bedrooms and the master bathroom. Outside the bedrooms, there are two slate covered balconies, while downstairs we also find the fancy roofed great veranda overlooking the sea. The total building surface is 210 sq. The total villa surface area is 135 sq.mt, 70 of them on the elevated ground level and another 65 on the first floor.
